From the South via A1: Take A194 (M) turn off signposted to Tyne Tunnel. At roundabout for junction with the A184 take second exit onto A194. Follow the A194 straight on for 11 roundabouts and turn right (2nd exit) at the junction with Crossgate (Bar Blue on the left and Wickes on the right hand corner). proceed up Crossgate and take the first left onto Garden Lane. Take the second right onto Mount Terrace and then first left onto Franklin Street. The workshop is on the right.

From the South via A19: Follow A19 towards the Tyne Tunnel until you reach the Lindisfarne roundabout (signposted South Shields A194). Take the slip road at this junction and take the fourth exit off the roundabout towards south shields on the A194. Follow the A194 straight on for 10 roundabouts and turn right (2nd exit) at the junction with Crossgate (Bar Blue on the left and Wickes on the right hand corner). proceed up Crossgate and take the first left onto Garden Lane. Take the second right onto Mount Terrace and then first left onto Franklin Street. The workshop is on the right.

From the North via A19: follow the A19 south from the south side of the Tyne Tunnel and take the next slip road signposted South Shields  Gateshead A194. Take the first exit at the roundabout (South Shields A194).  Follow the A194 straight on for 10 roundabouts and turn right (2nd exit) at the junction with Crossgate (Bar Blue on the left and Wickes on the right hand corner). proceed up Crossgate and take the first left onto Garden Lane. From the North via A1: follow A1 western bypass South past team valley and the Angel of The North. Take the slip road for junction 65 signposted Sunderland Washington A1231. At the next roundabout take the second exit signposted Springwell B1288 and Tyne Tunnel A194(M)..At the next roundabout take the first exit for Tyne Tunnel South Shields A194(M).  At roundabout for junction with the A184 take second exit onto A194.
